Requirements
- 1+ years of inside sales experience is preferred, though not strictly required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; BS/BA degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Catholic parishes, dioceses, leadership structures, and parish activities is strongly recommended.
- Working knowledge of parish/diocesan budgets and financial structures.
- Proficiency with Mac OSX and Google Workspace platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to ask probing, curious questions.
- Ability to maintain high activity levels in a KPI-driven, quota-carrying role.
- Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and text messages to qualify Catholic parishes, dioceses, ministries, and non-profits.
- Maintain a minimum volume of at least 75 cold outbound calls per day.
- Schedule 1-2 appointments daily between prospects and Account Executives.
- Identify prospect challenges and articulate how Pushpay's SaaS solutions meet their needs.
- Manage and build sales pipelines using Salesforce and Outreach software.
- Collaborate with team members to consistently achieve performance targets and KPIs.
