Requirements
- 1+ years of outbound sales development experience.
- Proven experience with real cold call volume, sequencing, and testing.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and sales engagement platform.
- Aptitude to generate prospecting lists with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Apollo).
- Strong written communication skills for direct, specific, and non-template messaging.
- Ability to multi-thread across buying committees.
- Comfortable operating in a fully remote, async-first environment.
- Experience with or willingness to learn MarOps tools (Koncert, Dux-Soup).
- Proficiency with macOS, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to track, adjust, and document workflows.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, high-quality AI-assisted outreach across email, phone, video, and LinkedIn.
- Multi-thread into Enterprise and Strategic accounts to build relationships across technical and executive stakeholders.
- Qualify opportunities using the PACTA framework to ensure a realistic path to deal creation.
- Manage ABM account coverage and follow up on inbound leads according to established SLAs.
- Enroll accounts into HubSpot sequences and track engagement via Dux-Soup.
- Complete at least 300 cold call dials per week using Koncert.
- Maintain clean CRM data in HubSpot and Salesforce for contact records and opportunity management.
- Participate in weekly 1:1s and team reviews with an ownership mindset.
