Requirements
- 1–3 years in a fast-growing startup, finance, consulting, or high-volume sales environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets or quotas.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Owner mentality with accountability for targets.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate complex organizations and build rapport.
- Passion for AI/SaaS and willingness to dive into technical details.
- Resilience and competitiveness in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and persuasive messaging.
- Experience with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential accounts using a multi-channel approach.
- Own pipeline-generating activities in your territory, ensuring a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- Act as an expert in technical value proposition by running discovery and qualification calls.
- Help document playbooks and automate GTM workflows to scale the sales organization.
