Requirements

  • Demonstrated drive and ability to achieve targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (SFDC), and customer engagement tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Experience in an SDR or sales-related role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SaaS landscape and Commvault products (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social media.
  • Secure qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives by articulating the company's value proposition.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of early-stage opportunities.
  • Leverage data and intent signals to prioritize high-value prospects.
  • Maintain a disciplined activity cadence to ensure consistent territory coverage.
  • Track all prospecting activities and lead progression accurately within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Alliances teams.
  • Optimize outreach strategies to improve meeting-booked rates.
