- Demonstrated drive and ability to achieve targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce (SFDC), and customer engagement tools.
- Exceptional negotiation and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Experience in an SDR or sales-related role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SaaS landscape and Commvault products (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social media.
- Secure qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives by articulating the company's value proposition.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of early-stage opportunities.
- Leverage data and intent signals to prioritize high-value prospects.
- Maintain a disciplined activity cadence to ensure consistent territory coverage.
- Track all prospecting activities and lead progression accurately within Salesforce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Alliances teams.
- Optimize outreach strategies to improve meeting-booked rates.
