Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Business Development Assistant.
- Proven experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and expense management.
- Demonstrated experience with lead generation, prospect research, and outbound cold calling.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to improve workflows, automate tasks, and generate business insights.
- Conduct lead generation through research, prospect qualification, and building contact lists.
- Perform outbound cold calls to introduce services and schedule appointments.
- Research companies, markets, and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and communications in the CRM system.
- Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and email organization.
- Manage bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including invoice and expense management.
