Requirements

- Demonstrated experience engaging business owners, executives, or senior decision-makers
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, neutral accent
- Confidence in conducting outbound calls and professional email outreach
- Strong background in LinkedIn prospecting and business networking
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar
- Excellent research, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated work-from-home setup
Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn
- Research and identify potential franchise owners and business opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Schedule discovery calls and appointments for the Franchise Development team
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential franchise partners
- Follow up consistently with leads throughout the sales cycle
- Accurately maintain all outreach and engagement records within the CRM
- Track pipeline activity and provide detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handover and communication
