Requirements

  • Employee Navigator expertise with hands-on setup and configuration experience
  • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or as an insurance customer service representative
  • HIPAA compliant
  • Group health insurance and PEO knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Availability to work 9 AM - 1 PM CST
  • USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Working webcam
  • Main computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, plus a backup computer
  • Main internet speed of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

  • Setup, configure, and maintain client groups, plans, rates, and EDI feeds in Employee Navigator
  • Handle client servicing for new hires, terminations, QLEs, and coverage questions
  • Collect data, manage submissions, and perform follow-ups for carrier/PEO submissions
  • Coordinate renewals, enrollment windows, and reconciliation for open enrollment
  • Provide support to producers through proposal preparation, quote organization, and CRM maintenance
