Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Seven or more years of progressive professional experience in HR, operations, project management, or systems implementation.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or operational initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Strong ability to evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and establish clear workflows and accountability.
- Experience developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience working with business systems, reporting tools, and technology-enabled processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and provide direction to team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational oversight of existing People & Culture systems and technology.
- Support the administration of employee benefit programs, annual Open Enrollment, and PEO partnerships.
- Manage compensation administration, reporting, and market benchmarking.
- Develop and maintain People & Culture dashboards, workforce metrics, and data integrity.
- Design and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with employment documentation, recordkeeping, and internal audits.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle and provide direction to department specialists.
- Establish operational standards and workflow governance across the People & Culture function.
