Requirements

- Experience with logistics, customer operations, or contract management functions.
- Proven experience working in a startup environment, particularly Series A or Series B stages.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to design scalable operational frameworks.
- Proficiency in managing complex operational documentation with high attention to detail.
- Experience in regulated industries like healthcare technology, medical devices, or diagnostics is a strong advantage.
- Experience in management consulting or investment banking is highly valued.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows.
- Ability to work remotely within the United States.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings and customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Own hardware ordering, inventory management, and fulfillment operations by coordinating with manufacturing partners.
- Establish and manage U.S. hardware servicing operations, including returns, repairs, and warranty processes.
- Lead end-to-end contract execution processes, partnering with commercial teams on drafting, review, and signing.
- Build and optimize contract lifecycle management workflows and operational playbooks.
- Develop internal policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation to support organizational scaling.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using technology and AI tools.
