Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, technology, social sciences, or clinical studies.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in healthcare, financial services, technology, or operations.
- Experience managing or supervising teams, including coaching and performance management.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, compliance requirements, and quality management.
- Ability to evaluate complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to identify risks, escalate issues, and respond effectively in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members by conducting interviews, onboarding, and managing performance.
- Ensure programs follow established policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Oversee operational workflows, monitor turnaround times, and provide guidance to ensure execution.
- Partner with training and quality teams to support employee development and operational capabilities.
- Conduct internal reviews, audits, process validations, and documentation checks.
- Develop performance metrics, standard operating procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage client and internal escalations, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
