Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in a consumer SaaS environment.
- Experience in a cybersecurity product organization, preferably with identity management, password storage, or anti-fraud/phishing products.
- Solid grasp of secure storage principles and encryption basics.
- Experience with browser extension ecosystems.
- Knowledge of native mobile credential provider APIs (iOS and Android).
- Strong ability to develop data-driven business cases.
- Proven track record of hitting retention and engagement goals.
- Highly comfortable analyzing conversion funnels, churn cohorts, and feature engagement data.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Build a roadmap that transforms a traditional password vault into an active digital guardian.
- Optimize the core consumer funnel by tracking onboarding, credential adoption, and scam mitigation.
- Own the product lifecycle across web, mobile apps, and browser extensions.
- Partner with UX and engineering to implement features like native autofill, passkey adoption, and phishing warnings.
- Analyze conversion funnels, churn cohorts, and feature engagement data to prioritize engineering backlogs.
- Collaborate with fraud analysts, browser extension developers, and mobile engineers to address security threats.
