Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, focusing on infrastructure, financial technology, or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven history of successfully closing large-scale institutional deals with banks or major financial organizations.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, fintech infrastructure, or digital asset ecosystems.
  • Technical aptitude to translate complex systems and architectures into business value.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with agility to thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • High proficiency with modern CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.
  • Ability to travel across the region for client visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales efforts across the United States in collaboration with the Head of Americas.
  • Deliver on regional Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets and expand market share.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with banks, fintechs, exchanges, and digital asset enterprises.
  • Source, qualify, and close complex enterprise opportunities from initial engagement to contract execution.
  • Oversee RFPs, RFIs, and procurement evaluations with major financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams on technical evaluations and solution architecture.
  • Facilitate successful client onboarding and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings.
