Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally enterprise or complex mid-market
  • Previous early sales or GTM hire experience at Series A or B stage
  • Proven experience building or rebuilding a sales motion from scratch
  • Track record of closing six-figure or seven-figure enterprise deals
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable selling to C-level, Product, IT, E-Commerce, Marketing, and Procurement
  • Strong skills in writing, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Hands-on mentality with an ability to build structure while executing
  • Motivated to build and lead a GTM function from the ground up

Responsibilities

  • Join founder-led sales calls to understand current sales motion
  • Reverse-engineer won and active deals to define ICP, personas, and account prioritization
  • Build a structured enterprise sales process with clear stages and forecasting
  • Develop Sales Playbook v1 including discovery, messaging, demos, and pricing
  • Drive outbound sales efforts beyond founder networks
  • Translate customer feedback into product positioning and roadmap
  • Hire, ramp, and lead the first GTM team, defining territories and quotas
