  • 12–15+ years of experience in high-growth tech companies.
  • Proven track record building and leading Total Rewards organizations through rapid scaling.
  • Deep expertise in compensation philosophy, job architecture, and market positioning.
  • Experience designing equity programs that hold up under scrutiny.
  • Strong international experience managing programs across multiple regulatory environments.
  • Executive presence with the ability to advise the Board and Compensation Committee.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and multi-year modeling.
  • Ability to work hands-on with data and systems (e.g., Complete, Pave, Compa, Carta).
  • Sound judgment in ambiguous environments with an ability to explain tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Set and evolve Total Rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits.
  • Own global compensation governance, including job architecture, leveling, salary bands, and equity guidelines.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Total Rewards team.
  • Run semi-annual compensation cycles, including budgeting and cross-functional calibration.
  • Scale benefits globally while balancing local needs, compliance, and quality.
  • Design international compensation and mobility programs for regions including Japan, UK, and Germany.
  • Advise the C-suite and Board on executive compensation and Compensation Committee matters.
  • Partner with Finance on modeling, long-term planning, and compensation systems management.
