Requirements

  • BS in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of related work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and fulfillment operations.
  • Existing network of relationships with 3PLs, retailers, and fulfillment operators.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial and financial fluency for building ROI cases.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other sellers.
  • Ability to communicate complex information verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Leadership to size and position robotic solutions for customers.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities in the target market.
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle for large and mid-market opportunities.
  • Build and defend business cases, including ROI models and subscription economics.
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations, structuring agreements for scale.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving procurement, legal, safety, and IT.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and perform multi-threading across client organizations.
  • Mentor junior sales representatives as a player-coach.
  • Conduct site visits to prospects to qualify operations and assess solution fit.
  • Drive expansion of systems at customer sites and conduct post-project evaluations.
