Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience including data, automation, or AI applications.
- 2+ years of recent hands-on experience building LLM-based or AI-enabled systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend service/API development.
- Expertise in designing AI workflows including retrieval systems, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP or financial platforms.
- Experience with operational monitoring, evaluation, and observability for AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate workflows into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance in highly regulated environments.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive 0 to 1 initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance leadership to understand workflows and deploy production AI systems.
- Design and build the Finance-specific AI integration layer connecting to enterprise finance platforms.
- Develop AI-enabled quality assurance and validation systems for financial calculations and reporting.
- Build operational intelligence and automation systems to monitor financial processes and risks.
- Create AI-powered intelligence capabilities for monitoring market activity and earnings preparation.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, regression testing, and quality scorecards for AI systems.
