Requirements
- Proven experience with customer-facing engineering ownership and shipping production solutions.
- Strong full-stack proficiency, comfortable working across React, Postgres, and Terraform.
- Deep expertise in enterprise integration, including connecting disparate systems via APIs, webhooks, file-based syncs, and ERP exports.
- Experience in AI orchestration, including running agents in parallel and verifying outputs in live contexts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced systems debugging skills to identify root causes across service boundaries.
- The ability to provide and receive blunt, fast feedback.
- Familiarity with the materials industry or related sectors such as chemicals, polymers, or distribution is a plus.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems and reverse-engineering complex configurations.
- Familiarity with compliance contexts like SOC 2 and GDPR.
- Experience with multi-tenant B2B architectures and isolation patterns.
Responsibilities
- Embed with customer teams to understand their workflows, constraints, and data before development.
- Perform technical discovery by mapping existing stacks including SAP configurations, CRM schemas, and data flows.
- Build and deploy production-quality integrations, data pipelines, and custom workflows in customer environments.
- Manage the full integration lifecycle including API connections, data mapping, event handling, and edge-case resolution.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, explaining architectural decisions and managing engagement risks.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess feasibility, design proof-of-concept scopes, and support complex deal closures.
- Direct AI agents for specific tasks, verifying outputs adversarially and ensuring safe data handling.
- Capture field insights, document patterns, and advocate for generalized fixes with the core product team.
- Develop reusable deployment runbooks, integration templates, and onboarding documentation.
