Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with substantial recent hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET/ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Azure.
- Demonstrated experience developing enterprise-grade applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, development methodologies, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to work effectively across frontend and backend technologies and independently take ownership of complex engineering tasks.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and DevOps practices is advantageous.
- Experience working with large enterprise environments or consulting organizations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and modernize scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core.
- Build, enhance, and support cloud-based applications and services using Microsoft Azure.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for enterprise applications.
- Contribute across both frontend and backend components, ensuring cohesive and reliable application experiences.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, optimize performance, and implement sustainable technical improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Apply secure, scalable, maintainable, and well-structured software engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support modernization initiatives by evaluating existing applications and identifying opportunities to improve architecture, performance, and maintainability.
