Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of full-time working experience in software development, consulting, AI/ML engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and Golang.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to use data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents using Cresta’s platform.
- Build AI agent integrations with external systems like APIs, databases, and CRMs.
- Optimize AI agent performance and troubleshoot issues in complex enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements.
- Conduct interactive demos and present proof-of-concepts to prospective customers.
- Define project milestones, create implementation plans, and coordinate execution.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
- Guide customers on best practices for architecture design, security, and scalability.
