Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing technical experience with personal ownership of production deployments.
- Proficiency in shipping production code using Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience debugging and building API integrations.
- Working depth with production LLMs, specifically RAG, agent orchestration, and evaluation.
- Ability to communicate effectively across technical design reviews and executive business cases.
- Comfort working with incomplete information and managing competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military/work experience.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills for production failure modes and latency optimization.
- Experience with enterprise-scale agentic AI deployments is preferred.
- Knowledge of voice/telephony stacks including SIP, WebRTC, SBCs, or CCaaS/UCaaS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end to end strategic customer deployments including discovery, workflow analysis, and ROI validation.
- Build multi-turn agent workflows using prompt design, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic.
- Develop integrations between AI platform and customer systems like CRMs, EHRs, and ticketing systems.
- Deploy evaluation, monitoring, and testing frameworks to continuously measure and improve agent performance.
- Document integration patterns and platform gaps to provide direct input into the product engineering roadmap.
- Support pre-sales activities including live demonstrations, architectural design sessions, and proof-of-concept builds.
