Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military or professional experience.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing technical experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
- Strong software engineering background with ability to write production code in Python or TypeScript.
- Proven experience independently building, integrating, and supporting production APIs and customer-facing systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including RAG, agent orchestration, and prompt architecture.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving real-world AI agent failures.
- Experience designing for production considerations like latency, reliability, and observability.
- Strong communication skills for technical design discussions and executive-level business cases.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% within the United States and potentially internationally.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategic customer deployments, including discovery, workflow analysis, production deployment, and ROI validation.
- Build and ship production-grade multi-turn AI agent workflows, including prompt architectures, retrieval pipelines, and decision logic.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems of record such as CRM, healthcare, and ticketing systems.
- Implement guardrails and compliance controls for sensitive environments requiring PII, HIPAA, or PCI protection.
- Design and deploy evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks to measure agent performance.
- Serve as a senior technical resource during sales processes, including technical demonstrations and architectural discussions.
- Translate field requirements and integration patterns into actionable product and engineering roadmap priorities.
