Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions engineer, implementation consultant, or similar).
- 4-5 years of experience navigating Azure, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Strong background in SQL and Azure SQL database management.
- Proficiency in C# with a track record of building on SaaS platforms.
- 2-3+ years of experience operating in Notion and Jira.
- Ability to read code, debug, and write scripts or small features.
- Demonstrated experience translating complex requirements into non-trivial platform workflows and rules.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience scoping issues for large enterprise clients and proposing solutions in live settings.
- Familiarity with writing clear, well-scoped bug reports and feature requests.
Responsibilities
- Lead regular technical working sessions with customers to address regulatory, organizational, and workflow needs.
- Configure, script, and write code to solve customer needs such as workflow setup, rule-building, and integrations.
- Translate complex healthcare compliance requirements into actionable solutions within the Immuware platform.
- Document solution designs in Notion and manage live items in Jira to ensure repeatability.
- Partner with product and engineering to open pull requests, root-cause issues, and provide customer-specific feedback.
- Identify and triage new feature requests or record-type additions to Customer Success Managers.
- Write clear, well-scoped bug reports and feature requests that enable engineering to act independently.
