Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to scope requirements, prototype solutions, and build tailored capabilities.
- Design and launch features for Catena's core platform, including APIs and SDKs for AI agent commerce.
- Configure agent identity and credentialing systems to ensure secure, verifiable, and auditable transactions.
- Drive end-to-end product deployments, including policy setup, testing, and troubleshooting across legacy financial infrastructure.
- Analyze customer codebases to identify friction points and opportunities for platform improvement.
- Champion customer success by ensuring internal teams prioritize feedback and act on pain points.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align the product roadmap with real-world field requirements.
