Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or a technical customer-facing delivery role.
- Strong Python development skills for production scripts, automation, and data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) in production environments.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs including integrations and debugging.
- Experience with Kubernetes at an operational level (logs, pod lifecycle, deployments).
- Familiarity with identity and authentication systems like OAuth, OIDC, SAML, or LDAP.
- Experience working directly with external customers in a technical capacity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across logs, queries, and configurations.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. Citizen.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain data migration scripts for customer identity transitions and schema changes.
- Manage database operations including PostgreSQL administration, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Configure and validate backend platform services like Keycloak and identity providers.
- Build and maintain Python automation tooling for repeatable deployment tasks.
- Integrate platform APIs for customer-specific authentication flows and service configurations.
- Troubleshoot application-layer issues across service configurations, databases, and APIs.
- Support module deployment and integration testing alongside solutions engineers.
- Coordinate with customer engineering teams on configuration, migration schedules, and validation.
