Requirements
- 10+ years of digital design experience.
- 4+ years in an executive leadership role (Director/VP) managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Proven experience in fintech, neobank, or digital asset platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex interactive product design.
- Proven track record of improving key business metrics such as conversion, NPS, and task completion.
- Deep knowledge of native mobile platform guidelines (iOS and Android) and modern Web standards.
- Experience scaling enterprise-grade design systems.
- Experience navigating shared ownership of brand between design and marketing functions.
- Exceptional executive storytelling and communication skills.
- Experience leading in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
- Dedicated workspace and high-speed reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities
- Define, champion, and execute the long-term design vision for client-facing mobile and web touchpoints.
- Own metrics demonstrating business impact, such as task-completion, speed in core journeys, and design-system adoption.
- Manage headcount planning, prioritisation, and delivery to scale the design function.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure brand expression consistency throughout the user journey.
- Oversee user research and journey mapping to improve usability of complex regulatory and crypto-native payment flows.
- Scale and govern a unified design language and Figma system.
- Standardise a culture of data-informed design, including usability testing and customer discovery.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to integrate design expertise into strategic direction.
- Partner with security and AI engineering to govern AI usage in UX and asset creation.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a remote, multi-disciplinary design team.
