Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in product design.
- Demonstrated track record of creating, scaling, and evolving design systems.
- Proven ability to define strategy, set direction, and drive execution for systems design.
- Experience in end-to-end product features including user research and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Familiarity with component-based architecture.
- Eagerness to experiment with and lead AI-powered design workflows.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams through organizational change.
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex design concepts and strategic value.
- Commitment to systems thinking and building scalable, accessible design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the strategy, roadmap, and development for the design system.
- Integrate AI tooling and agents into design workflows to improve output and scalability.
- Develop and implement collaborative workflows to bridge the gap between design and front-end teams.
- Design, build, and maintain a library of reusable components using atomic design principles.
- Create accessible documentation to support efficient and consistent team output.
- Actively participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle including user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Champion the integration of AI into the design practice through research and piloting new methodologies.
