Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing intuitive digital products.
- Proven history of owning meaningful parts of a product experience.
- Experience working in ambiguous spaces with the ability to iterate from small tests to larger outcomes.
- Active use of AI to enhance workflow quality and production speed.
- Ability to design across complex systems or third-party partners.
- Experience challenging established processes to prioritize customer needs.
- Skilled in using data and research to test assumptions.
- Strong ability to present, defend, and iterate on design decisions based on feedback.
- Experience partnering closely with product and engineering teams as an equal.
Responsibilities
- Shape the end-to-end delivery and post-purchase experience including tracking, returns, replacements, and repairs.
- Own the UX of the AI-augmented support experience across conversational and human touchpoints.
- Identify and prioritize high-value problems to solve using evidence and customer understanding.
- Collaborate across squads to ensure a coherent customer relationship throughout the journey.
- Design interactions between customers, sellers, carriers, and service partners.
