Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing intuitive digital products.
  • Proven history of owning meaningful parts of a product experience.
  • Experience working in ambiguous spaces with the ability to iterate from small tests to larger outcomes.
  • Active use of AI to enhance workflow quality and production speed.
  • Ability to design across complex systems or third-party partners.
  • Experience challenging established processes to prioritize customer needs.
  • Skilled in using data and research to test assumptions.
  • Strong ability to present, defend, and iterate on design decisions based on feedback.
  • Experience partnering closely with product and engineering teams as an equal.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the end-to-end delivery and post-purchase experience including tracking, returns, replacements, and repairs.
  • Own the UX of the AI-augmented support experience across conversational and human touchpoints.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value problems to solve using evidence and customer understanding.
  • Collaborate across squads to ensure a coherent customer relationship throughout the journey.
  • Design interactions between customers, sellers, carriers, and service partners.
