Requirements
- 6+ years of dedicated experience in product design at a tech startup, scale-up, or product-led company.
- Strong portfolio showing high-quality UI, interaction design, and product thinking.
- Extensive experience designing, testing, and shipping native mobile and web applications for B2C products.
- Ability to lead ambiguous design problems from discovery through delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Advanced Figma and FigJam skills.
- Advanced experience with design systems, native mobile guidelines, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Experience working in Lean and/or Agile product development environments.
- Experience using AI and emerging tools to improve the design workflow.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for Airalo’s consumer mobile and web experiences, from discovery through delivery.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, Growth, and other designers to translate customer needs into high-quality product improvements.
- Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, UX copy, and production-ready specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, critiques, ideation sessions, and stakeholder conversations that create alignment.
- Contribute to Airalo’s Design System, improving consistency, accessibility, quality, and efficiency.
- Mentor other designers through feedback, pairing, critique, and shared practice.
- Help strengthen the Product Design Guild by raising the bar for craft and research-led decision-making.
