Job Details

5+ years of experience designing and shipping native iOS and Android apps to real users.
Deep understanding of native interaction and motion versus responsive web design.
Strong ability to lead with discovery, identify strategic opportunities, and frame bets without a predefined roadmap.
Analytical proficiency to read dashboards, interpret quantitative signals, and conduct research independently.
Proven experience in selecting and applying research methods like usability tests and diary studies.
Ability to communicate and defend design reasoning while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working closely with engineers, data scientists, and researchers in a product trio or similar structure.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to increase productivity or design thinking.
Curiosity and interest in the future of AI-assisted shopping.
Ability to take direct feedback well and align squads around user needs.

Own the end-to-end user experience of our native app (iOS and Android), with clear ownership of core app journeys.
Discover where a native-only experience creates real value for customers, beyond a wrapped web experience.
Partner with product managers and engineers to define the future of the mobile experience.
Validate ideas through continuous experimentation, de-risking assumptions, and iterating toward measurable impact.
Set the design vision for the app and contribute to a cohesive, scalable design system.
Partner with engineers to ensure feasibility, accessibility, and high-quality implementation.
Explore new ways of working with AI to accelerate product design and development.
