Requirements
- 5+ years in a product design role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Fluent in AI tooling for customer discovery, problem definition, and AI-assisted prototyping.
- Strong research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting skills.
- Deep empathy for clients to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Strong visual and interface skills for complex functional interfaces.
- Bias towards action with strong self-prioritisation skills.
- Highly proficient in Figma and its functionalities, especially auto-layout.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Vibe-coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from discovery to delivery including post-launch analysis.
- Utilize AI tools across research synthesis, ideation, writing, and prototyping.
- Build and ship fast by creating interactive, working prototypes for user feedback.
- Uncover user needs through both qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Drive alignment and trade-offs through facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Think system-wide, contributing to and maintaining the design system.
