Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with hardware security IP and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, or x86.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, security IP market dynamics, and modern silicon manufacturing.
- Deep familiarity with SoC architecture, bus protocols (AXI, AHB), and hardware-software interfaces.
- Experience in roles such as Hardware Design/Verification Engineer or Security Architect.
- System architect mindset for end-to-end security integration.
- Familiarity with technologies like TRNG, PUF, masking, and blinding.
- Ability to effectively transition from engineering into product management.
Responsibilities
- Work with key customers and ecosystem partners to integrate security solutions into system architectures.
- Act as the bridge between hardware engineering, software/firmware teams, security architects, and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize product backlogs, balance technical debt with commercial features, and manage trade-offs between area, power, performance, and security.
- Author Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications for hardware engineering.
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap for hardware security IPs and cryptographic solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on Post-Quantum Cryptography and platform security.
- Measure product performance and continuously improve product development processes.
