Requirements
- Deep, hands-on Shopify technical knowledge including architecture and app configuration.
- Working command of web performance metrics such as Lighthouse and render times.
- Practical experience using AI tools for productivity.
- Familiarity with workflow automation (e.g., n8n).
- Understanding of GDPR, DPAs, and sound data handling security practices.
- Ability to manage ambiguous requests and push back on low-value priorities.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical point person for implementation and operational questions.
- Scope and decide the right Shopify implementation approach (native, app, or custom).
- Oversee the shop experience across interconnected systems including ERP, CS, and Data.
- Partner with CRM, Data, and Infrastructure teams on operational and tracking tasks.
- Maintain high site performance standards using Lighthouse and render time metrics.
- Improve internal and customer-facing workflows using automation tools like n8n.
- Protect the product roadmap by prioritizing high-impact business initiatives.
