Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and day-to-day operations.
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starter mentality.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain basics preferred.
- Knowledge of PPC, including understanding ACoS and TACoS metrics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools like Sostocked or M19.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to research and adopt new tools/trends.
Responsibilities
- Execute Amazon operations tasks and gradually take ownership of new initiatives.
- Handle customer care emails primarily related to FBA.
- Manage inventory forecasting using Sostocked by creating transfer orders and loading shipments.
- Oversee PPC performance using M19, including daily reviews and adjusting TACoS targets.
- Run daily controls across systems to proactively catch and resolve operational issues.
