Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or vendor management.
- Background in online gaming, social casino, real-money gaming, or sweepstakes.
- Proven success negotiating commercial agreements and managing multiple vendor relationships.
- Strong understanding of game studios, content pipelines, and casino game mechanics like RNG, math models, and volatility.
- Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional launch processes.
- Analytical mindset with experience evaluating game performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with high-quality game vendors including slot studios, crash games, and table games.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for content acquisition aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for game vendors, hosting regular business reviews and negotiating commercial terms.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to manage game integrations and release schedules.
- Analyze game performance metrics such as RTP, player engagement, and revenue to optimize the content mix.
