Job Details

3+ years of experience in content operations, content production, or managing a YouTube/organic channel.
Proven experience in an async, remote-first environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage or coordinate a video editing team, including hiring, scheduling, and ensuring quality throughput.
Hands-on experience with YouTube channel management and short-form distribution (Shorts, Reels, TikTok).
Proficiency in building SOPs, content calendars, and repeatable production workflows.
Analytics literacy with the ability to read performance data and translate insights into action.
Proficiency in using AI tools to improve reporting, workflow, and operational speed.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to deadlines and compliance.
Self-directed work style suitable for an async-first communication culture.
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website/blog management is preferred.
Background in info-products, high-ticket coaching, or online education is preferred.

Run day-to-day operations for organic content across YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
Manage the organic editing team, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and workflow oversight.
Own the execution of the organic content calendar and publishing cadence.
Manage YouTube channel assets including uploads, metadata, thumbnails, and community engagement.
Track and report organic performance weekly to inform strategy.
Coordinate SEO tasks, blog operations, and website hygiene.
Oversee FTC compliance checks and flag legal risks.
Develop SOPs and workflows to eliminate manual work and improve production speed.
