Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales revenue, tech operations, project management, or Business Analytic roles.
- Advanced level SQL proficiency for daily, hands-on data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Expertise in designing and implementing processes and workflows within CRM applications.
- Proven experience in developing actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Experience implementing end-to-end workflows and processes from scratch.
- Strong cross-functional leadership ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex insights and arguments both verbally and in writing.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify, own, and publish operational OKRs and KPIs to drive product engagement.
- Develop and execute product-line growth strategies in partnership with internal teams.
- Track and improve operational metrics for products, features, and systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams to scale operations and optimize organizational structures.
- Develop and lead GTM programs for new product lines, including vendor management.
- Present data-driven recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
