Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in at least two of the following: Microsoft licensing/SAM, IT asset management, endpoint/desktop operations, procurement operations, or IT service management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft licensing concepts, including subscriptions vs. enterprise agreements and compliance.
- Experience managing operational processes with strong controls, approvals, and audit trails.
- Experience with endpoint lifecycle operations, including procurement, inventory, and depot operations.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills for creating executive-ready metrics and dashboards.
- Familiarity with ITAM/SAM tools and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Intune/Autopilot, endpoint imaging, and identity concepts like Entra ID.
Responsibilities
- Own operational governance for licensing programs, including renewal calendars and compliance posture.
- Lead the true-up/true-down process, including reconciliation and audit-ready documentation.
- Partner with SAM/ITAM and Finance to reconcile license entitlements vs. consumption.
- Provide governance for Microsoft tenant management and align configuration changes with security standards.
- Manage PC procurement operations, including demand planning and vendor coordination.
- Oversee asset lifecycle, including imaging, deployment, and secure disposition.
- Define and improve SOPs to ensure repeatable operations and audit readiness.
- Manage vendor performance for licensing and PC suppliers.
