Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of experience with a master’s degree.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, compliance analytics, auditing, investigations, or related functions within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries.
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA promotional regulations, PhRMA Code, and OIG Compliance Program Guidance.
- Experience developing compliance analytics, dashboards, monitoring tools, and risk-based reporting solutions.
- Experience supporting compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, and operational risk management activities.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, SmartSheet, Visio, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately 25%.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key operational partner to compliance leadership by executing strategic priorities and managing critical program initiatives.
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of compliance operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and industry standards.
- Manage compliance infrastructure, including policies, procedures, training documentation, risk assessments, monitoring plans, and governance materials.
- Coordinate compliance governance activities, leadership reporting, committee meetings, action tracking, and remediation efforts.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects, system implementations, and operational improvements that strengthen compliance controls.
- Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools to provide visibility into program effectiveness and emerging risks.
- Analyze business and compliance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for proactive risk mitigation.
- Support monitoring, auditing, investigations, and risk assessments through data-driven insights.
