Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and issues.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage benefits administration and ensure HR compliance.
  • Coordinate performance management and evaluation cycles.
  • Administer engagement surveys and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment process and hiring strategy.
  • Facilitate DEI Committee meetings and initiatives.
