Requirements

- Experience supporting or leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive personnel matters.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and issues.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage benefits administration and ensure HR compliance.
- Coordinate performance management and evaluation cycles.
- Administer engagement surveys and present data-driven recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process and hiring strategy.
- Facilitate DEI Committee meetings and initiatives.
