  • Experience collaborating with Marketing Operations, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance, funnel impact, and business results.
  • Ability to translate data insights into practical recommendations and improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive projects forward.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and optimization of integrated marketing programs, including webinars, nurture campaigns, email initiatives, content syndication, and customer advocacy programs.
  • Define campaign objectives, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria in collaboration with marketing and operations stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Build repeatable processes, document learnings, and establish best practices to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Partner with product marketing teams to support product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the operational hub connecting marketing, sales, product, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to accelerate campaign execution, reporting, content processes, and team productivity.
