Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or integrated marketing roles.
  • Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success launching products, building brands, and bringing innovative solutions to market.
  • Experience managing agencies and collaborating with internal creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to define KPIs, analyze campaign results, and use data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve marketing workflows and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and occasionally support evening or weekend events when required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, and integrated campaigns that support awareness, acquisition, adoption, and long-term engagement.
  • Lead consumer launch strategies for new products, features, and innovations in collaboration with product, clinical, commercial, and marketing teams.
  • Manage digital marketing strategies across websites, digital content, video, paid media, SEO/AEO, paid search, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Own paid media planning, optimization, performance tracking, and agency management.
  • Build lifecycle marketing programs, including email campaigns, customer journeys, onboarding initiatives, retention strategies, and advocacy efforts.
  • Lead the creation of patient-facing educational materials and digital content.
  • Establish marketing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and optimization strategies to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and channel effectiveness to improve messaging and marketing investments.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing productivity and campaign performance.
