Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations.
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs and operational initiatives.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Experience with content management systems, enablement workflows, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong editorial eye.
- Ability to drive adoption of processes and best practices without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
- Experience supporting global product launches preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and product analytics platforms preferred.
- Experience developing operational dashboards and executive-level reporting preferred.
- Knowledge of product marketing frameworks and messaging methodologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review Product Marketing deliverables for quality, consistency, and branding standards.
- Define and maintain folder structures, version control, and document governance practices.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to manage calendars for launches and releases.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Operations to ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Develop dashboards and operational metrics to track launch readiness and execution quality.
- Manage the operating calendar, facilitating alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Create and maintain playbooks, processes, and training documentation to ensure scalability.
