Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs and operational initiatives.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Experience with content management systems, enablement workflows, and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong editorial eye.
  • Ability to drive adoption of processes and best practices without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting global product launches preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and product analytics platforms preferred.
  • Experience developing operational dashboards and executive-level reporting preferred.
  • Knowledge of product marketing frameworks and messaging methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review Product Marketing deliverables for quality, consistency, and branding standards.
  • Define and maintain folder structures, version control, and document governance practices.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to manage calendars for launches and releases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Operations to ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Develop dashboards and operational metrics to track launch readiness and execution quality.
  • Manage the operating calendar, facilitating alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, processes, and training documentation to ensure scalability.
