Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a sales resource involved with large, complex customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results.
  • Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve strategic goals.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
  • Compliance with GEICO’s driving standards and/or policy.
  • 7+ years of experience in personal and commercial lines and related coverages (preferred).
  • MBA or similar advanced degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage account call center locations and facilitate electronic group training campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account location managers and producers to influence preference for GEICO products.
  • Execute and present location-specific strategic account plans and forecasts to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal distribution and process teams to execute growth strategies.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions with sales resources to ensure consistent execution of account strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify improvement areas, and report findings to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with service, underwriting, sales support, and IT teams.
  • Support the onboarding and enablement of agencies to improve agent experience and drive sales.
