Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a sales resource involved with large, complex customers.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results.
- Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve strategic goals.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change.
- Compliance with GEICO’s driving standards and/or policy.
- 7+ years of experience in personal and commercial lines and related coverages (preferred).
- MBA or similar advanced degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage account call center locations and facilitate electronic group training campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key account location managers and producers to influence preference for GEICO products.
- Execute and present location-specific strategic account plans and forecasts to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal distribution and process teams to execute growth strategies.
- Facilitate calibration sessions with sales resources to ensure consistent execution of account strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, identify improvement areas, and report findings to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with service, underwriting, sales support, and IT teams.
- Support the onboarding and enablement of agencies to improve agent experience and drive sales.
