Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial education, university degree, or comparable qualification.
- Sales experience in a technical environment or strong technical affinity.
- Experience in remote or virtual sales is advantageous.
- Strong customer, sales, and service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor in virtual client meetings.
- Organizational talent and structured way of working.
- High level of personal initiative and independent working style.
- Team-oriented with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration.
- Very good command of French, German, and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with digital communication and sales tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Actively expand revenue with existing and new customers in the assigned sales territory.
- Manage and advise clients via digital channels to develop long-term relationships.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
- Analyze customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Track leads, opportunities, and offers throughout the sales cycle.
- Acquire new customers through outbound activities and digital sales measures.
- Conduct virtual product presentations, consultations, and sales conversations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent customer support.
- Contribute to increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
