Requirements
- Current or previous ABPI qualification
- Proven pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong understanding of the NHS and UK healthcare environment
- Demonstrable experience of engaging doctors and healthcare professionals
- Strong access skills, including confidence navigating gatekeepers
- Excellent in-call selling, questioning, listening and influencing skills
- A degree-level qualification, ideally in a science-related discipline
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality remote sales interactions with doctors and other HCPs
- Build credible professional relationships through virtual channels
- Communicate brand messages clearly, confidently and compliantly
- Use strong questioning and listening skills to understand customer needs
- Navigate gatekeepers and gain access to target HCPs
- Apply account management principles and your understanding of the NHS environment
- Deliver excellent in-call performance and adapt your approach to different customer needs
- Work in line with brand strategy, the ABPI Code of Practice and relevant reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate, timely and high-quality documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues and client teams to deliver programme objectives
