Requirements

  • Current or previous ABPI qualification
  • Proven pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the NHS and UK healthcare environment
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging doctors and healthcare professionals
  • Strong access skills, including confidence navigating gatekeepers
  • Excellent in-call selling, questioning, listening and influencing skills
  • A degree-level qualification, ideally in a science-related discipline
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality remote sales interactions with doctors and other HCPs
  • Build credible professional relationships through virtual channels
  • Communicate brand messages clearly, confidently and compliantly
  • Use strong questioning and listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Navigate gatekeepers and gain access to target HCPs
  • Apply account management principles and your understanding of the NHS environment
  • Deliver excellent in-call performance and adapt your approach to different customer needs
  • Work in line with brand strategy, the ABPI Code of Practice and relevant reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate, timely and high-quality documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues and client teams to deliver programme objectives
