Requirements

  • Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health.
  • Strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape (drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery).
  • Fluent Italian and English.
  • A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude.
  • Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system as well as AI.
  • Spanish is a nice to have (bonus if you can also work in/with Spanish-speaking partners or markets).
  • Experience with pharmacy / parapharmacy channels (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Build our business in Italy, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.
  • Manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
  • Plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.
  • Work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce.
  • Keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the Italian market.
  • Represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across Italy.
