Requirements
- Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health.
- Strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape (drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and grocery).
- Fluent Italian and English.
- A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude.
- Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system as well as AI.
- Spanish is a nice to have (bonus if you can also work in/with Spanish-speaking partners or markets).
- Experience with pharmacy / parapharmacy channels (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Build our business in Italy, with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies/parapharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.
- Manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.
- Work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce.
- Keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the Italian market.
- Represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across Italy.
