Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success or account management, with substantial experience working for or closely with Hold Cos, GSIs, consulting firms, or large global agencies.
- Deep understanding of matrixed agency organizational structures and multi-region account management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and C-suite contacts.
- Experience coordinating strategy and adoption across global or multi-market business units.
- Builder mentality with experience spotting gaps and creating scalable, repeatable processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to turn technical insights into persuasive, strategic action plans.
- Team-first mindset with experience collaborating across product, sales, and marketing departments.
- Experience working in early-stage startups or SaaS environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of strategic agency partners, including Holding Companies, GSIs, consulting firms, and global indie agencies.
- Navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures, building relationships across multiple stakeholders, practice areas, and regional teams.
- Deliver training initiatives like lunch and learns and onsite enablement sessions to drive platform adoption at scale.
- Translate platform data into strategic recommendations tailored to partner goals, industry dynamics, and global footprint.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and content strategy sessions with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Equip strategic partners with the language, data, and talking points needed to sell Scrunch to their own clients.
