- Build and cultivate relationships in targeted accounts to drive new business opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of SMB/Group customers and ensure successful training and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to target new users within SMB/Groups.
- Maintain accurate account funnel and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks and customer issues.
- Deliver periodic business reviews and identify opportunities for expanded usage.
- Serve as the voice of the customer for internal stakeholders.
