Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex Healthcare IT SaaS to Healthcare Executives.
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience within healthcare SaaS (provider, PBM, Enterprise, or payer interface).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies to convert competitive accounts.
  • Technical understanding of cloud services, EMR integration, and SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketing CRMs.
  • Experience leading through customer escalations, executive summaries, and presentations.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate relationships in targeted accounts to drive new business opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of SMB/Group customers and ensure successful training and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to target new users within SMB/Groups.
  • Maintain accurate account funnel and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks and customer issues.
  • Deliver periodic business reviews and identify opportunities for expanded usage.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer for internal stakeholders.
