Requirements
- Experience in digital design, motion design, content creation, or digital production within an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
- Strong foundation in visual design principles, including typography, composition, layout, and brand systems.
- Proven video editing skills with a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and digital platform requirements.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Ability to think conceptually and contribute original creative ideas, not just execute existing concepts.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands, industries, and project types in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, motion, content creation, and campaign experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Figma.
- Experience with AI prompt writing for image and video generation.
- Familiarity with AI creative platforms such as Runway, Veo, Kling, Pika, or similar tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create digital-first campaigns and content experiences for a variety of consumer brands across multiple industries.
- Design creative assets for paid social, display advertising, online video, CRM, web platforms, and emerging digital channels.
- Edit video content for social media, digital advertising, streaming, and broadcast applications.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and lightweight post-production assets.
- Use AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, design exploration, image generation, video creation, and production workflows.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, strategists, and account teams from initial concepts through final execution.
- Build scalable visual systems and campaign assets that adapt across different formats and platforms.
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic thinking beyond execution, helping shape campaign direction.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, creative tools, digital trends, and production techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.
